I'm Jeremy Bruce, founder of Simple Realty Northwest and a Principal Broker in both Oregon and Washington—and a dad. My father helped build one of Oregon's top brokerages, over 250 agents, so I grew up inside this market before I could drive.

Before real estate, I spent nearly two decades in strategy and business development across the aerospace world—with companies like Nike, Lockheed Martin, and Boeing Defense. In those rooms, you learn how disciplined systems win, and how careless ones cost everything.

I started selling real estate here in 2007—a brutal time to begin, and the best teacher I could have asked for. The discipline I built getting homes sold in that market is what I carry today as a Principal Broker licensed in both Oregon and Washington.

That experience has delivered $750M+ for clients across the Portland metro and SW Washington—premium prices on complex sales, and outcomes most agents here can't match.
