From childhood, Kymm was torn between a love of teaching, a desire to sell and a need to perform. Fortunately, she has been creative and ambitious enough to have found a way to do it all. At ten, she started riding horses then quickly evolved into a very successful show jumping competitor and trainer (of both horses and riders). In high school she discovered ballet and jazz dance and soon was performing and teaching. She then went on to college to become a high school math/English/dance teacher but instead found a career in real estate.
She grew up with a contractor/builder father who encouraged her to learn the “start to finish” process of home building and who instilled in her a love of homes of all shapes and sizes. As a young adult she spent six years working with lawyers, learning the importance of accurate contract writing and negotiation skills. She then spent five years working exclusively with real estate developers and remodelers. She began her career as a real estate broker in early 2002.
