Our Fee Structure

Did you know that buyer’s don’t pay any real estate fees? That’s right; zip, zero, nada. But most buyers, or sellers for that matter, are confused when it comes to real estate fees, and how they work.

It’s actually a lot easier than you might think, and we attempt to simplify that process as follows.

Seller’s decide when they list their home how much of a commission both the sellers agent (broker), and buyer’s agent will receive. It’s the seller who will pay this combined commission at closing, known as the total commission.

A common commission is around 6%, which is usually then split equally between the seller’s agent (or broker), and the buyer’s agent. So in this scenario each side would receive 3% of the sales price.
